The Thera-Band set consists of one 2,5m long exercise band, one ''Fit mit dem Übungsband'' guide (German only) and a handy zip bag.
The set is available in four different band strengths.

The extra light to strong bands are 13,8cm wide, the extra strong to max. strong ones are 15cm wide.
