Vitalis FitViewer film Col de I'Iseran

The Vitalis FitViewer film Col de I'Iseran leads across the highest, asphalted pass in the Alps with a total of 97 km and 2300 meters of altitude. The course starts at 1399 meters of altitude in Lanslebourg, in the Valley of the Arc.

Just after the start in Lanslebourg, there begins an ascent of 2 km leading up to the Col de la Madeleine, which is followed by a long flat part til you arrive at the village Bonneval sur Arc. Now, the ascent begins.

The Vitalis FitViewer film Col de I'Iseran corresponds even to demands of ambitious athletes offering challenging ascents. Steep slopes in serpentines are conquered by an ascent of 8%. The high valley of rural idyll and impressive gravel landscape make the tour a real experience.

Just before arriving at the pass, the incline increases distinctively. Enjoy a great view over the valley on the downhill of 17 km to Val d'Isere. If you still have any power left in the legs, you can start the way back to Lanslebourg via the Col d'Iseran on the next 50 km.
